10 Head Cattle Yard with Head Bail and Loading Ramp

The 10 head yard with loading ramp and head bail is ideal for lifestyle blocks or as a small, portable yard for farms.

The 10 head yard features a small holding pen with entry gate and a 2.2m long race complete with sliding gate and gate style head bail. The head bail can be replaced with a second sliding gate for $100+GST if this better suits your needs.

You can choose either the 6 or 7 rail panels and gates. Both are 1.83m high however the 7 rail panels and gates have an extra rail added to the lower section. This reduces the gap between the rails to prevent calves putting their heads through. Furthermore, sheep are able to be contained in the 7 rail yard.

Please note, as the gate style head bail swings open to allow the animal through the height adjustable loading ramp can not be permanently positioned in front of it. A front-end loader is required to move it into position when required.

Made using our high strength 2.1mm thick steel and hot dip galvanised after welding this yard will last for many years and holds its value extremely well for resale.

The yard can be expanded or reconfigured at any time by simply adding more components. Setting up is simple! Just stand the products up and place the bolts through the connecting lugs at each end. This yard will take two people approximately 20 minutes to assemble. The loading ramp is delivered flat packed and takes two people approximately 45 minutes to assemble.

When assembled, this yard is fully self-supporting and can simply sit on top of the ground. Alternatively, all of our products have foot plates welded on with pre drilled holes. We can supply you with anchor pegs which can be placed through the holes and hammered into the ground to provide an even more robust yard.
