175 Head Cattle Yard

This 175 head yard is a fantastic all around yard providing a range of drafting options with its three large holding pens as well as a smaller forcing yard. A 15m long curved race allows for efficient stock flow.

This yard includes the Premium Head Bail with gates in front to allow simple drafting. This can easily be replaced with one of our cattle crushes and a rope and pulley operated 3-way drafter. The 175 head yard comes standard with a two way race diverter and lower panels on the working side of the race to improve accessibility. Talk to us if you would like full height panels down both sides of the race.

You can choose either the 6 or 7 rail panels and gates. Both are 1.83m high however the 7 rail panels and gates have an extra rail added to the lower section. This reduces the gap between the rails to prevent calves putting their heads through. Furthermore, sheep are able to be contained in the 7 rail yard.

Made using our high strength 2.1mm thick steel and hot dip galvanised after welding this yard will last for many years and holds its value extremely well for resale.
